2026 Sedona Yoga Festival

  • OUTBOUND SEDONA RESORT 1752 State Route 179, 86351 Sedona AZ USA (map)

The Sedona Yoga Festival is a spring wellness conference held in Sedona’s red rock landscape, bringing together respected yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda teachers. It offers classes, workshops, lectures, outdoor activities, and music for all experience levels. Blending traditional practices with modern approaches, the event focuses on personal growth, learning, and connection—with oneself, others, and nature.

Class 1:
SLOW DOWN-EASE UP -  Reclaiming Calm in a Fast-Moving World

In a world that glorifies busyness, many of us are moving through life disconnected from our breath, bodies, homes, and inner rhythm. This immersive 90-minute experience invites you to pause, reset, and reconnect to a more easeful way of living.

This experiential workshop blends grounding and embodiment practices, breath work, reflective teaching, and conscious dance to support nervous system regulation and restoration and inner balance in the midst of your busy daily schedule.  An invitation to soften the pressure, create more harmony, & spaciousness within the body, home and daily rhythms so life can be lived with greater ease, intention and grace.

Come as you are — leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, and more connected to the grace that emerges when we slow down.

“Slow down enough to hear the wisdom of your own rhythm.”

Class 2:
YOUR FEET - YOUR MEDICINE: A SELF REFLEXOLOGY EXPERIENCE

Discover the body's healing map through your feet. In this experiential workshop, you'll learn simple, effective Foot Reflexology techniques to help ease everyday aches and pains, calm the nervous system, release tension, improve circulation, and support your body's natural healing processes. Beyond a practical self-care practice, you'll deepen your connection with your body's innate wisdom and leave with techniques you can immediately use for yourself, family, and friends.

Amalia Camateros taught Foot Reflexology at three colleges in Melbourne, Australia, integrated it into her naturopathic practice, and continues to incorporate it into her body healing sessions today.
